🚘 Audi Q3 Configurator
I developed this application for my wife and me in 2020 when we decided to buy an Audi Q3. The configurator on the official Audi website wasn't very practical because it didn't allow us to easily compare the visual differences when adding features or changing colors (for example, between « Ibis White », « Glacier White », or « Suzuka Grey »).
Why React? I had heard about React for several years and wanted to explore this library that I didn't know yet. So, I had the idea to learn React « by doing » by creating this little application that would help us choose the color, options, and interior of the car.
What's next? After the purchase of the car, I didn't do any further development or code maintenance on the application. Over the next couple of years, I was contacted by developers from different countries who were interested in taking over the application for translation it into their language and improvement. Since it was a quick project just to get to know React, the code is a bit of a mess. You are welcome to fork the project on Github and modify the code as you see fit.
